If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After submitting a return request via email, we will respond within 24 hours.

Items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Refund Policy:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Calm&Relax typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a refund within 12 hours.

If the order has already shipped, you must refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
